Cultural Center

The main purpose of this project consisted in making evident the existing “diversity” in Baja California and Mexico.

To achieve this goal the different parts of the program were joined according to their relations in defined volumes, obtaining size diversity.

Based on the minimum morphological unit present in every living being (the cellular ovoid) we obtained shape diversity.

In analogy with the constant movement of the cell, each volume was defaced, compressing and expanding the spaces between them, creating diversity of environments.
