In an old house built in 1907 located in the Colonia Roma, which is currently listed as a historic monument, it developed an ambitious project whose objective was to accommodate a broad spectrum multi-purpose cultural activity. This renovated space is now a school, library, cultural center and restaurant.

In 2003 he decided to give this new turn and strip residential building your character to turn it into a multifunctional environment very friendly, where visitors can enjoy from a delicious cup of coffee, until the launch of a new book. The project was developed in the service area of a large garden where a cistern.
