Conceptual Homes

“Conceptual homes” is a group of 4 single family homes inside a gated community on a very exclusive residential area.

The first floor hosts all social and family activities shearing an intense relationship with the exterior and leaving the second floor for the 3 bedrooms only.

Due high temperatures in the region, trees where located to shear their shade and bring freshness to the homes. Walls on the exterior where positioned to control sunlight, create shaded areas and lead wind to the interior. Tall ceilings, an insulated roof and overall, a design sensitive to its surroundings bring a state of comfort and satisfaction to the resident without relying on the air conditioner or electric light.
