This building has 3 apartments in front of the lot facing to the street, and a house in the back facing to an interior patio.  Due to the different needs of the owners, each apartment is different.

The front street tree turned to be the project main theme, the facade design and the wood ceiling come out as the result of this circumstance.  Working together with the structural engineer we were able to leave a clear area of 15 meters without columns which might obstruct the tree’s view.

The public area of each apartment combines living, dining and study in one space with wide windows, bringing continuity with the exterior.
