Juan José Martínez
(Mexico City, 1974) Architect by the Universidad Autónoma Metropolitana, he is associate and Director of the Architecture and Construction department.
With already 20 years of experience in practicing design and construction, he is the responsible of developing the concept and line to follow of design in every project and building to be both technically and economically viables, no matter what their scale could be.
Awarded as one of the 10 Promises of Architecture by Mexican prestigious magazine Obras in 2008.
(Mexico City, 1973) Industrial engineer by the Universidad Anáhuac, he is associate and Director of Administration and Engineering, and the responsible of the coordination of the engineering pool that provides all of the involved systems in every project.
He has diplomas in Engineering, Macroeconomics and Graphic Arts, and his two decade experience in business administration provides the base of business strategy supported on terms of economy, that guarantees the financial viability for each work.
