In collaboration with Arq. Jorge Waissburd, this project was to design the inside of a new apartment in Mexico City as a home in a concrete shell for a particular customer with a particular program, located on Ruben Dario Street in Polanco.

New apartments in Mexico, as in many other countries, are typically sold empty with only the central areas of the building prepared with facilities. Challenged with combining customer needs with good taste, creativity and sensitivity, a collaborative effort between operations and client allowed us to achieve our goals and meet expectations. The apartments have a contemporary feel through the use of natural materials such as stone, wood, glass and steel. There are clean views of Chapultepec Park and, more importantly, public areas that are double the height of the interior. Truly an invaluable property.
